Expected delivery time

Orders are processed and shipped to:

  1. Gulf Countries within 5 to 7 working days
  2. Europe/US within 10-15 working days

Shipping Cost:

  1. For Gulf Countries: The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout as it depends on the country delivered to and the weight of the package.
  2. For Europe/US & Others: Shipping cost is set to 20 EURO for up to 5KG Package & Shipping fees is paid separately after Placing & Paying your order with a separate Payment link based on your address will be sent by Rays & Rocks Team directly to your Email prior to shipping.

Payment Method:  

We accept Online Payments Only through debit or credit cards for Shipping outside of EGYPT.

Returning or Exchange Policy:

Delivered shipments are not applicable for Returns or Exchanges

CANCELING ORDER:

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it.

Order Cancellation is only possible within the same calendar day; Bank fees will be deducted upon cancelation.

Customs:

We are not responsible for any VAT/Import/Custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

      Incase of a damaged shipment. We will contact you, and send a new package instead of the damaged one. 

      Incase of an incorrect/missing item, we will deliver the correct/missing item.
