Scents are so nice. Texture is not soft enough. I ordered two different ones. One of the sticks was opened with difficulty while the other would not be opened at all.

Our packaging is fully sustainable and thoughtfully designed, transforming raw cardboard into a simple push-up mechanism.
During winter, the natural waxes used in our balms may become slightly firm. This is completely normal. We recommend warming the product gently and lightly tapping the sides of the packaging to help release the balm from the walls. Once loosened, you can gently push it upward and begin using it.
If the balm is pushed up too firmly, simply tap the base of the packaging on a solid surface and it will slide back down easily, ready for smooth use afterward.
